Johannes Kepler-
When he was 6, he saw a comet with his mom. And he saw a solar eclipse when he was 13. He is most known for are his laws of planetary orbits. He applied mathematics to physics, and to planetary motion he discovered that Mars’s orbit is not circular it is elliptical. He became famous all throughout his life.
Galileo Galilei-
He is most known for his discovery of the four most massive moons of Jupiter, now known as the Galilean moons. He a college dropout. He didn’t invent the telescope. Galileo was sentenced to life in prison by the Roman Inquisition.
The Slide Rule
The slide rule was invented by William Oughtred. It was invented at England. It was invented in 1859.
John Napier-
John Napier was most known for inventing Logarithm/Napier’s bones. He was nick named Marvelous Merchiston. His latinized name was Ioannes Neper.
