Snowy owls, snowy owls are amazing. A snowy owls scientific name is Bubo scantiacus. Male snowy owls are mostly white. When female snowy owls have dark spots. Snowy owls have a raptors beak and gullet. They can turn their heads 270 degrees. They love to eat lemmings, voles and other small rodents. They prefer to hunt during the day. When they can them snowy owls will take fish, amphibians, crustaceans and insects.
