My favorite is Arabic numerals. The are my favorite because they are the numbers that we use. If we used Roman numerals and had to write one million, we would have to write one THOUSAND M’s That would be crazy. Millions of people are probably using Arabic numerals right now. Indian mathematicians created the Arabic numerals. We would not be able to count without Arabic numerals. Or without any numbers. They are sometimes known as Hindu-Arabic numerals. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. One million looks like this in Arabic numerals 1,000,000. I think one billion looks like this in Arabic numerals1,000,000,000 I don’t know though. We even use Arabic numerals when we look at a clock. That’s it!
