Depending on the answer to the question above, if I were you I would delete the iPhone 3.0 firmware from iTunes and Restore your phone from iTunes (which should prompt a redownload of the 3.0 firmware). Make sure your phone has service again with your phone not being jailbroken. After you've confirmed that you have service, run PwnageTool again on this newly downloaded firmware and install this on your phone through iTunes.
