Netatalk: the easiest way to talk to your jailbroken phone
Netatalk is the easiest way to connect to and copy files to and from your jailbroken phone – provided you have a mac. You can grab this app from Cydia. Installing this application will basically install an AppleTalk server. You can then access this server by clicking on “Go” > “Connect to Server…” in Finder. Then all you have to do is type in afp://[ip of your iPhone]. Super simple.

Step 2
When you install Netatalk there isn’t anything installed to turn the service on and off, so you’ll need to add the source found here to Cydia and install the BossPrefs toggle for netatalk. If you don’t have BossPrefs installed already, you should definitely install it, even if you don’t have Netatalk. BossPrefs is your one stop application for all of your toggles (wifi, email, ssh, netatalk, 3G, edge, etc…).
